Services Provided

Aletheia by Nia (Eugenia Kirtses) offers personal training, NLP coaching, mindset coaching, and hypnotherapy for personal development, stress management, and empowerment.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding agreement under Delaware law.

Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

Coaching and hypnotherapy are not medical or legal treatment and do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions. Results vary; no outcome is guaranteed.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at booking. Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal. Cancellations require 24h notice; late cancellations may be charged in full. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

Session content is confidential except as required by law. See Privacy Policy for website data practices.

Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by Aletheia by Nia and protected by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent under Delaware law, Aletheia by Nia is not liable for damages. Clients indemnify and hold harmless Aletheia by Nia.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Venue: Delaware state or federal courts.
